Salon FAQ
Deposit Policy
At H&L Salon, we value your time and our stylists’ time. To secure your appointment for any technical work (including colouring, balayage, highlights, keratin smoothing, extensions, and other specialised services), we require a deposit at the time of booking.
This deposit will be applied toward your final service cost on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to your new appointment time.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or non-attendance will result in the deposit being forfeited.
By paying your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
We appreciate your understanding and support it helps us maintain fairness to both our clients and our team.
Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing superior quality services to our clients. Customers are asked to cancel any appointments that they will be unable to honour at least 48 hours in advance of their reservation. Please call the salon directly for cancellations. Failure to provide at least 48 hours notice, will result in you forfeiting your deposit. No-shows will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service.
