To pick up your parcel, we will require a copy of your invoice (electronic is fine) and your ID. Pick times are Monday to Saturday between 10am and 4pm.


We do not take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address. All orders have tracking through Australia Post. You'll find your tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
