Services Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment, all technical services require a 20% deposit at the time of booking. Your deposit is deducted from your total service cost on the day of your appointment.
Technical services include colouring, balayage, highlights, colour corrections, extensions, nanoplasty treatments, and any service requiring extended appointment time or specialised product preparation.
No deposit? No problem.
If you have a valid card securely saved on file, no deposit is required at the time of booking. Your card details are protected by Stripe, a trusted and certified secure payment platform. Please note that our cancellation policy still applies to all appointments, including those booked with a card on file.
Please ensure any changes or cancellations are made with sufficient notice. Deposits and card on file bookings may be charged for late cancellations or no shows.
This policy ensures we can dedicate the right time, expertise and products to every client while supporting our team.

At H&L Salon we are committed to delivering a superior experience for every client. We ask that all appointment cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service.
To cancel, please call the salon directly.
We are unable to accept cancellations via email or social media, so calling us ensures your appointment is properly updated and your time is protected.
Less than 48 hours notice will result in your deposit being forfeited.
No shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
This policy allows our team to manage their time effectively and ensures every client receives the care and attention they deserve. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and respect for our team.
